Alana De La Garza has made a name for herself in the world of the television. In the year 1976, De La Garza was born to a Mexican American father and an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. De La Garza moved soon to Texas to study the field of physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza stayed in Texas for a brief period prior to moving in Orlando Florida. She took on a variety of acting roles, including local independent films and commercials. Even with the minor parts, she realized acting as her true love.
